These terms and conditions apply to anyone accessing or using the website www.lielclothing.com and purchasing products from the liël collection through the website, you accept the terms and conditions which you find below.
If you wish not to be bound by the terms and conditions you should not purchase products from the website.

We reserve the right to change, delete, update, modify these Terms and conditions at all times without individual notice you. Please make sure you read these Terms and conditions before purchasing any products from our website.
Returns & Exchanges policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase(s), therefore we created this return and exchange policy.
All the purchases made from our website are eligible for an exchange, refund or credit note, provided that the item is in it’s original condition which means; unworn/unused, modified or washed with all tags attached.
The item must be returned back to us within 7 days of receiving the order, unless an alternative has been arranged and approved by us.
Please note that all sale items and discounted items (coupon code applied) are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
No returns will be accepted on items with make-up/tanmarks or any other stains. If this is the case, the return will be send back to the customer.
All orders dispatched from www.lielclothing.com are checked and approved. In an unlikely case it could happen that an item is faulty, if that’s the case please contact us as soon as possible, give an clear description and attach a photo of the defect/fault. Keep in mind that the products are hand made which means that not all products are exactly the same.
We will provide you a refund or an exchange (if your size is still available). Your claim of a faulty item has first been checked and approved by us before we fulfill this process.

liël is not responsible for packages until they have been received back at the warehouse, therefore we recommend you to return your packaging using registered post.
How to return
Please e-mail your request for a return/exchange at info@liëlclothing.com within 7 days after receiving your order. Make sure you notify the order number and the reason why you want a refund/exchange. We will contact you when we have received and processed your return.
Note*: Any returns received in our warehouse more than 30 days from delivery date are ineligible for return and will be shipped back to customer without notice.

If an item is not available for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel an order. We will notify you and refund your money (method of payment used by you). You can not change or cancel your order without our approval. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact (within 12 hours) info@liëlclothing.com.
The prices shown on the website can be adapted and are exclusive of postage and packaging costs. You’ll find the final order price at the end of the order process and includes shipping charges but excludes taxes and import costs. liël is not responsible for the import costs and taxes your country is charging.
You allow and agree that liël is not responsible or accountable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of purchasing from a third-party website.
